Bottled in 2011, this stunning Yamazaki 50 Year Old is presented in a black wooden box. The etched bottle is topped with delicate Japanese washi paper tied with scarlet and gold cord. This luxurious whisky has been matured for at least half a century in a high proportion of Japanese mizunara oak casks. This edition is rumoured to exceed the quality of earlier releases.

A bottle of Very Olde St Nick 25 Year Old Bourbon from Heaven Hill distillery. Very Olde St Nick was created in 1984 to capitalize on Japan’s thirst for extra-aged Bourbon. Originally produced and bottled by Julian Van Winkle at his Lawrenceburg facility, bottling later moved to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, Bardstown, and used whiskey distilled at Heaven Hill distillery.
